Stay Fit in 2011

If you made a New Year's resolution to improve your fitness, we have just the program for you! Attend a free lunchtime learning seminar: Stay Fit in 2011, at the Main Library on Wednesday, January 26, from 12-1 PM. City of Sioux Falls Health and Wellness Coordinator Rana DeBoer will give you some tips for sticking to those fitness goals, including things you can do right in the comfort of home (helpful for these bitterly cold days!) and within your budget. You are welcome to bring a brown-bag lunch to the session; and you can register by calling 367-8720 or sign up online here.
